street magician or professional magician but also a lot of shock that make people
stop and think.
According to the text , David Blaine set high goals for himself and to push himself
to do incredible and impossible things for the astonishment of audiences around the
world. I found that people can do more things that everyone said they are
impossible.
Unlike other magic shows where the focus was mainly on the magician, Blaine’s
shows focused on the audience’s reactions. As far as I am concerned, Blaine had
created a new style of magic. I believe that audiences are fascinated and love his
performances . For example, The New York Times said the Blaine had taken a craft
that’s been around for hundreds of years and done something unique and fresh with
it. Another example is that The New Yorker claimed that he had saved magic.
In the lesson, I found out that Blaine is a motivated magician. Although his magic
skill is incredible, he still set high goals for himself to satisfy audience. He’s spirit is
obviously worth learning for us. In this article we see his amazing magic and his
spirit. What a wonderful article!

After reading lesson two , I got many different ideas about hero who plays immportant part in our life. According to the text , some experts designed an experiment to prove that hero can make people have more sense of justice and courage .And some people said that hero can be dangerous to kids , because it can make a lot of influences to people who can not differentiate virtual and reality in nagative way. As far as I am concerned, heroes are necessary to our real society. In spite of the bad side of imitating heroes' behaver in the wrong way,anyway, I still believe that we grow up with hero has more advantages than disadvantages. For example, I got a lot of power and positive knowledge after watching the "Wonder Woman",which tells a story of feminist. Another example is that my sister is bat man's super fans. When she felt upset and disappoint,she got good mood after holding the bad man doll. In our daily life, we often face difficult problems that make us feel stress out. After reading the article , I got many different ideas about our generations.
According to the text , some experts made a poll and said that our generation,Millennial, is the most difficult generationwhich made people have more and more pressure, because Millennials are the first generation to grow up with computers and modern technology. And some people said that it is due to overprotective parents.
As far as I am concerned, stress is close to our society. For example,course pressure,peer pressure,working pressure and more.
Everybody has stress,and so do I. I often feel tired when I am drawing the homework, I have to study the exam,do the report and prepare the presentation. Although my life is very busy and exhausted, l will continue to move forward to do my best.
In the lesson one, I fount different opinions in different kind of generations,it is worth to study for every one.
