As vice president, Mr. Amadeo continues to provide West Harrison businesses with the landscaping, construction, and snow removal services his father did when the firm began 45+ years ago. Andrew P. Amodeo oversees daily business operations and takes a hands-on approach by working at job sites operating the machinery and equipment. Outside of working at job sites, he creates proposals, reviews contracts, and oversees accounts receivable and payables, among other back-office operations.

His professional interests connected to the running of Silver Lake Contracting Corp include expertise in asphalt paving, landscape design and installation, snow removal practices and products, and construction equipment and technology. He is also a member of the Snow and Ice Management Association.
