After watching the Social Network, the pervading stance I have taken on depression and mental illness today is that they are caused by our ever-present access to and addiction to the internet. I would love to learn more about the effects of not just social media but of other aspects of and trends of the internet on individuals' psychology in recent years. The proposed societal solution to such a pervasive problem, as posed in the book, seems attractive, as well.
