After analyzing many sources, polls, and historic outcomes, I believe that Josh Hawley will win the Senate race for Missouri. One main reason is because of the political demographic map of Missouri. As you look at the picture provided, it shows that almost all of Missouri is dominated by Republican representation. This fact let alone gives the Republican candidate a huge advantage over the Democratic candidate. Secondly, Claire McCaskill's foreign trade policy does not benefit the main specialization powerhouses of Missouri. Her votes on the limitation of over seas trade will likely hurt the manufacturing and agriculture industries, ultimately ending in less support for her being in the senate seat. Although I believe Hawley will win the race, the possibility that McCaskill will win still arises. Her votes on increasing the tax rate on the rich might be beneficial for the people of Missouri, as the median income of a Missouri resident is $47,764.
