This is quite christmas-ish food but I eat it around the year cause it is so good (haha). So, all you need is 2 dl rice (if you want to go to upgrade-level you can use porridge-rice), 2dl of water, 1 litre of milk and a pinch of salt.

so...
1. have a saucepan. Put your 2dl o water and rice there.
2. After a while (when the water is boiling) add your salt and litre of milk.
3. Remember to mix porridge all the time so milk won't burn...
It takes about an hour to get ready. Check once in a while that rices are not raw.

If you are as lazy as me or just busy, you can:

1. Put all ingredients on the oven-pan.
2. Put the oven-pan in oven with 175'C for 1,5h.
3. Mix that porridge once in a while (peel the cover if you want to).
4. in the meantime, do something effective and enjoy your porridge

Serve with cinnamon and sugar, this tastes better when it is warm:)
(some people eats rice porridge with plum sauce;)

Contact:
Instagram: @michaelajokiniemi
Snapchat: @michaelajokinie

Have a nice day!
-Michaela

by Maria Kassavetis

Spetzofai is not only a Greek traditional recipe but also a Mt Pelion dish. In Greek, peppers are also called "spetzes", so spetzofai is a dish made with green and red peppers and sausages. The sausages used in this recipe are those made with minced meat, herbs and spices.

You cut the peppers and the sausages in pieces and fry them separately. Then you make a red sauce with tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

The final stage is to put the fried ingredients into the sauce. You can eat it as it is or place it on top of spaghetti.

It is delicious! You have to taste it!

Rättänä is a traditional blueberry pie from Eastern Finland. The crust is made with rye flour, which gives it a unique taste and is healthier. The Potato flour in the filling makes it jammy.

Ingredients

Crust:

125 g butter

1 dl sugar

2,5 dl rye flour

0,5 tsp baking powder

Filling:

2 dl (frozen) blueberries

0,5 dl sugar

0.5 tbsp potato flour

Also:

Butter for the tin

Ice cream or whipped cream for serving

How you make it

Spread butter in the tin. You can do it with your hand, or you can melt the butter and spread it with a brush. Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

Mix the room-temperature butter and the sugar together.

Mix the rye flour and the baking powder together and add them to the butter mixture. Mix. I recommend adding the flour mixture in parts, because it’s easier. If you can’t mix all the flour in the dough, add 1 tsp of milk.

Put about 2/3 of the crust dough in the tin and flatten it on the bottom and on the sides.

Mix the Potato flour and the sugar and add the blueberries.
