Heroin is a highly addictive drug derived from morphine, which is obtained from opium poppy plants, it is usually grown in  Southeast and Southwest Asia, Mexico, and Colombia. Also, Heroin can be a white or brown powder, or a black sticky substance known as black tar heroin.

Some names/nicknames: 

Big H, Black tar, Brown sugar, Dope, Horse, Junk, Skag, Smack, China white, H, White Horse.

Heroin can be used in a variety of ways. Heroin can be injected into a vein ( aka “mainlining”), injected into a muscle, placed on tinfoil and inhaled as smoke through a straw or snorted as powder. Some people mix heroin with crack cocaine, a practice called speedballing.
