- Anna's manner of death was accidental.
- Possible cause of death is that she had a reaction to an injection that she got. This caused her to vomit, she then passed out, hitting her head on the table and dying.
- No evidence of an overdose.
- No post-mortem tampering and rigor mortis is generalized.
- Clothes are not torn but are stained with blood.
- Injury to the right temple and an open wound where bruising is evident.
- Ankles are swollen and signs with moderate fluid accumulation.
- Inflamed, red injection sites on left thigh.
- Oxygen deprivation
- Wound indicated a fall against a solid object.
- We tested multiple foods in Anna's stomach, including her stomach content. We found that there are positives and negatives in her stomach content.
- Some positives, while testing her stomach content, were being tested for glucose, starch, and lipids.
- The negative in her stomach content were protein.
- We found that in her food diary she had eaten whole milk, skim milk, apple juice, yogurt, sprite, saltine crackers, cereal, potato chips, and jello.
-We tested skim milk, jello, and saltine crackers. All of them changed in all of the tests that we conducted, except the saltine crackers with protein.
- From the autopsy, it showed that Anna had pale skin and nails, this could be caused by sickle cell.
