- Possible cause of death is that she had a reaction to an injection that she got. This caused her to vomit, she then passed out, hitting her head on the table and dying.

- Clothes are not torn but are stained with blood.
- Injury to the right temple and an open wound where bruising is evident.
- Ankles are swollen and signs with moderate fluid accumulation.

- We tested multiple foods in Anna's stomach, including her stomach content. We found that there are positives and negatives in her stomach content.

- We found that in her food diary she had eaten whole milk, skim milk, apple juice, yogurt, sprite, saltine crackers, cereal, potato chips, and jello.
