         The bar graph shows the amount of people naturalized in the United States from Peru in the years 2014, 2015,  and 2016. The graph compares this information with the total number of naturalized citizens in the United States from the same years.

  As seen in the graph, the number of naturalized Peruvians is significantly lower than the total amount of immigrants naturalized in the three years. This is probably due to the fact that Peruvian isn't the only nationality that becomes naturalized in the U.S. According to Homeland Security's Yearbook of Immigration Statistics of 2016, other nations such as India, the Dominican Republic, and the Philippines have over 20,000 people naturalized from each year.

  Some reasons that some Peruvians may not be immigrating to the United States to be naturalized is because they may not have enough money to leave the country, or they may not want to leave the country.
