Thank you really @anamaria & @lena and all the other fellow coaches I had chance to connect with during this journey: we did all rock!
I couln't foresee how much inspiration and growth I would come home with after only 3 Months.Some L&D professionals really touched my heart; the variety of their background, experiences, cultures, joys, doubts, fears: amazing memories that shape the hugest pay-off for my journey. And we were the ones offering something, right?!

I'm immensely grateful to be part of this project and how the coachees gave us their trust from reading our bio.

I really enjoyed listening and doing my best to coach them authentically. Some of the insights and feedback was truly exceptional - especially during covid I relished the opportunity to give back in this way - making a difference.

Can’t believe that the second edition is arriving to an end. It’s one of the most wonderful proyect I’ve been part off and I’m very greatful to the ones that made it possible, @anamaria@lena, to all those that decided to make a step for themselves and signed up for sessions and to all the dedicated coaches.
Hope the journey will continue 🎉🤗

This project is the best proof of what we can accomplish when we care for each other!

It is touching to witness 21 coaches giving back to the community and supporting people in these times!

It is wonderful to realize how many souls have been touched!

I never had an experience with a coach before, but always "knew" what it was (well, who hasn't heard the term "coaching" over the last ten years or so?), and i went on the first of two sessions without many expectations, but actually ended up knowing myself a bit better and getting some very useful ideas about how to become a better leader for my team, and how to organize my messy life a bit better. Thanks, Clo, for being patient and insightful :)

It is great project to meet with wonderful L&D professionals from all over the world:) thank you for commitment!

Huge gratitude to L&D Shakers for this program!

The universe put me in touch with this real, generous human in form of a coach, right as I started planning a big career move.
Not only was he there to support me process my insecurities throughout the recruiting process and celebrate together as I signed a new contract; this person also helped me get better friends with myself, for the longer run.

I cannot believe it has been 3 months already since I was invited to join as a coach! Thank you Anamaria, Lena and Andy for making me part of this adventure.

I am so grateful for all the coachees who were courageous to jump into coaching sessions with me and trust me to challenge them! I was truly inspired to talk to so many people from so many nationalities and countries all searching after 1 thing - how to do better so that they can impact the world better as well!

This was powerful! Thank you all, I learned a lot about myself as a coach too in the process!
