After getting plenty of images that reflect my ideas I printed them all off. Then took an A3 piece of paper and stuck the images that i printed. i sectioned the page into 4 different groups, inspiration, idea 1 , idea and then equipment that will need to be used. One this was completed, I took 4 A4 pieces of paper and then stuck them all together to create a A2 piece of paper. Once I did this I glued the first A3 paper to the A2. For example the lurpak advert is one of my favourite advert. I love that there are loads of choppy clips with a very catchy song in the back group. Tis is something i want to add in my advert. I also want to add the bright colours that the lurpak advert has this is key as it is an easy way to attract the audience. Aswell as the inspiration the powerpoint i made sure that i talked to my tutor able the fact that i will need to make sure that consent forms are filled out so that i can film the client of the student. Me and poppy decided to start to complete some of the documents. There was 3 documents that had to be done indepentanly and the rest needed to be done together. The first document was the job description one. This indetifyed why role you are going to play in the team. At this point we needed to take into account that there are only 2 team members. I am the director and poppy is the producer. As well as there roles we are properly going to have to take on other roles among the way 'of creating  the project. The second document looked at an industry professional. Here you had to research the role that you have i the team and look up professionals. I had to write about the back ground of the director and all of the advert that she was the mind behind. After i completed this I went on to the the last document that needed to only we completed by me. This document outlined the the barriers and soutions of me being a director. For example i will need to do the story board and i am not a very good drawer. Once the documents that needed to be down indepentenly were done we completed 3 that need to be down as a team. The first document outlined what research we are going to conduct. the second document looked at the same thing but of target market research. The last document we completed was the production requirements this looked at what documents I would completed and what documents Poppy will complete. We each took one set of questions and produced and conducted a focus group and also gave out our questionaries. After we had gain all ou findings we decided that we want to have a wider set of data. So we inputed the questions into survey monkey. We wanted to leave this for a few days so that we are insured that loads of eople get involved. We also used this lesson to writer up and compare that finings from the questionnaire and the focus group. Once all of this was complete we decided to walk down to the beauty department and try to talk to someone able our idea. After this i went on to looking at my previous visual diarys and making sure that they are full of explanation and loads of detail. After this me and Poppy looked at Survey monkey and took the graphs and wrote up about the findings. This had gien use a very large amount of research. We sat down with her and told her all about our idea ad how we wanted things look. We also asked her if she had any ideas or requests that she wanted to be included in the advert. She said that she wants to include as many services as possible. For example barbering. We went over different days that will suit the department and us. We wanted to get stuck in as soon as possible, Helen said that if we are able to get all the equipment we could come in, in the afternoon. We spoke to Dave who deals with the equipment booking and we made sure that the equipment is available for the afternoon. Thankfully we was able to borrow a DSLR camera, 2 Tripods and an LED Light. the only thing tat we needed to go before we could take the equipment was to complete the Equipment booking log, location visit sheet and also a consent tom that will need to be filled out by the people being filmed. Once i knew that i was going to be able to borrow the equipment i called Helen to insure that she is aware of what is happening and she can let tutors know.We completed the forms quite quickly as they were very self explanatory. Then we went on to take the booked equipment over to the Hair and beauty department. When i got there Helen brought us up to the room that we will be filming in. She gave us a 15 minutes to set up before all of the student came in. When we had set up, we had to ask who was willing to allow us to film them and their client so that they can fill out the consent form. At the end of the day we came out with a footage for a facial and a lip wax. We made sure to film from different angles to get different views. After looking we realised that their was a piece of paper work that needed to be filled in to complete the pre-production documents. This document outlined and analysed the research that we have collated through out the pre-production period. Never the less we have already written up about the different findings that we have collected. So we took that information and incorporated it into the research summary. The only thing we need to do was to refer to the target audience. Once that was all done, we walked down to the Hair and beauty department and spoke to Helen who is the head of the department. We asked her if there was any clients coming that wouldn't mind being filmed. Thankfully the barbers were in. This part of the hair beauty department is the part that is lacking in clients. We was told that we need to make sure that we include the barbering services. All of the students and clients were corporative and we managed to get multiple filming oppotunitys. Today we filmed a beard trim, hair cut, hit style  and a preparation for a hair colour. At this stage we do not have a lot more to film. We are hoping to get all of the filming done on Tuesday 31st May 2016. This is will allow Thursday, Monday and Tuesday to get all of the editing done. This document highlights all of the resrch that we have collected as well as tieing it all together in to a final analyses to incorporate all of the research.  We also assure that we put in load of pictures. For example when we used Survey Monkey they automatic created graphs stating our findings. We used this as evidence. Annoyingly me and Poppy were not aware that we had this document to complete. So each time we completed a bit of resrch we would write up about our findings. Using the information from these document we used this to assure that we incude every point as the research part was a while ago, this refreshed our memory. After we had completed this we wen t down to the beauty department to talk to Helen. We spoke to her to tell what shots we needed to complete filming. All we needed was the female hairdresser and a shot of one of the beauty students giving a manicure or a pedicure to a client. Thankfully she said that we can get the all done today. So we came up to the media block and got a camera and a tripod. One thing that i have released in this project is that putting a camera on a tripod takes more time than you thing. We went into the hair room first. We didn't need many shots of this as we took quite a lot of the barbers. A few of the clients that we asked didn't want to be filmed as they didn't feel comfortable. There was one client that was more that happy so we decided to stick to her. We recorded her getting her hair washed, dryer and then curled. This help us collate more footage and show moreb services. After we had every thing that we needed we went upstairs to the beauty students to find a client that is willing to allow us to film them. At this point we was struggling with time as the battery on the camera was going to die. This was annoying as we wanted to film a time-lapse. However we filmed all we could until the camera died. They want a advert that has a upbeat backing music however it is also slightly peaceful to fit the ambiance. So right at the end of the video we have altered the music so it slowly fades out and a logo of harlow college pops up and there also text saying Hair and Beauty Department. We managed to get this done quite quickly as we were both working together. We had a little bit of time so we decided to conduct a final focus group. This focus group will highlight other peoples views on our final project. We let the people view the advert and asked them seven different questions. So for for example I was the director, so I wrote about how I delet with the actors insuring that they know what I need them to do and also making sure that at the end of each treatment the people that we have ask to film fill out the consent form which asks for the clients name and signature. The following paragraphs asked for what we have choose to do , strengths and weaknesses,etc, After I was the majority of the way through the evaluation we asked to present our final product to C.A.S.T. This was also recorded this so it is possible to see exactly what went on. During the presentation I did mess up what I was saying which threw me off, however we did complete this. Following this I sent my evauation to myself through email. This was so I will be able to finish it off at home. On Monday I don't have anything major to do.
