         <description><![CDATA[<div>The circadian rhythm is steady until we get to our teenage years. The shift in the circadian rhythm makes teens more alert and awake at night. Most teens feel that it is hard for them to fall asleep until 11:00. Since we have earlier start times for school, we do not get the proper amount of sleep (9 1/4 or at least 8 hrs)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Not getting enough sleep can be deadly. "For example, drowsiness and falling asleep at the wheel cause more than 100,000 car crashes every year. When you do not get enough sleep, you are more likely to have an accident, injury and/or illness." (This is a huge problem since almost half of the kids at a high school drive to school in the mornings. They are putting themselves and others in danger by getting behind the wheel while tired.</div>]]></description>

These teens all showed to have to little sleep.
