Northern cities, because they didn't go through radical desegregation, ended up more systematically racist today

Own experience living in NY, in neighborhood had lots of white people, but now only old white people, no kids. In elementary school, more Asians were around, hispanic & latinos. Not a 'high class' community, so less white people. And the neighboring neighborhood, clearly more white, rich people.

Also damages white people's social ability, decrease ability to socialize with different people that are inevitably in the same nation.
