George Rieveschl (1940-1982)

George Rieveschl, a chemical engineer, did not think that his life would take him into chemistry. He found out that he was good at the field after going back to school for $35 a semester after many failed job attempts for his first career choice. He got a doctorate degree in Chemistry, and taught at UC for three years before going to Parke-Davis, a chemical company, where he worked for many decades. It was at Parke-Davis that Rieveschl invented Benadryl, which was actually invented on accident. Rieveschl had actually been testing for a muscle relaxant drug when he stumbled upon Benadryl's effects. After that, he went back to UC to teach until 1982, when he retired, and in memory, UC named their science building.

Andy Biersack (2006-Present)

Andy Biersack, otherwise known as Andy Six, is a current member and the only founding member remaining of the Black Veil Brides, a heavy rock band. He has also throughout his career starred in multiple films, like American Satan, Legion of the Black, etc, even authoring a graphic novel "Ghost of Ohio." Most of these films and novels were to advertise his band, which did very well. He and his band have also won or been nominated for numerous awards, including Revolver Magazine's 100 Greatest Rock Stars 2011 and the Golden God Awards Best Vocalist 2012.

William H. Taft (1909-1913)

William Howard Taft, 27th President of the United States, achieved many accomplishments throughout his presidency. Taft's administration filed over 80 antitrust suits against the states, resisted against backlash based off of his insistence to keep with the Payne-Aldrich Act, and proposed to Congress a 2% income tax. This later became the 16th amendment, and showcased how impactful Taft was to our economic policy and how laser-focused he was on helping the American economy.

Bernard Kroger (1883-1927)

Bernard Kroger started his career by investing his life savings of $372 at the age of 23 to start up a tea-and-coffee company on 66 Pearl Street in Cincinnati, which eventually became the first Kroger store. He then invested heavily in advertising, often taking up pages in the Sunday newspaper, which was not common at the time, and became very well known. He gained a massive success because of this, and when the financial panic of 1893 swept through, he put his $80,000 into savings. He then used this money to take a gamble, buying out many other competitor's stores and locations, which paid off, giving him much more standing and money overall. Because of this, he really didn't have any more competitors and became the powerhouse grocery store that Kroger is known as throughout the Midwest today.

Mark Fischbach (2012-Present)

Mark Fischbach, otherwise known as Markiplier, is an active influencer and YouTuber. He was the third highest-paid creator on the YouTube platform in 2022, and has won a total of four Streamy Awards and one Golden Joystick Award for his work. He also created a YouTube channel with his friend that was only a year long in length, where they gained 1 million subscribers in the first 5 days and 4.56 million views in the last few minutes of that channel, which is a testament to his fame and popularity throughout the world.
