An example of her achievements are is being the youngest person ever to win the Nobel Peace Prize. She had been awarded on October 2014, and delivered her Nobel Lecture speech on the same day. She also worked hard to fight for educational rights; her goal, which was peace and equity in education and in her hometown. Due to Malala's hard work, girls all over the world are now free to learn anything they would like. Finally, Malala changed how girls' education could impact the whole world by her hard work and determination. However, in education, providing a wide variety of students all over the world can greatly impact the way students coorperate during school. 

Diversity can be important in many different ways, such as, student performance, creativity, combatting prejudice, teaching faculty, and business competence. Firstly, studies show that exploring differences in each other "enriches the learning experience" for student performance. Secondly, studies also show that diverse study environments also drive creativity when using your brain, for creativity in students. Thirdly, studies also show that diverse classrooms help develop tolerance and a greater sense of security for combatting prejudice. Fourthly, not only is educational diversity important in students, it also is for the teaching faculty for teachers, who educate the students. Finally, educational diversity is also important to business. In the text, it says that "the goal of many businesses is to grow and expand on an international scale, and it has to be essential to hire students with a global mindset", which explains how business can tie into this concept. I also think that equity can be a part of this too. The reason why is because when people are treated equally, they might not get the right needs that they deserve. However, if people are treated with equity, people can be treated equally with the right needs that they deserve. Diversity in education means the same thing. For example, in Malala's situation, she is treated disrespectfully because she was a woman, and had no power. However, Malala gained hope in herself and became an educational activist, which helped equal gender rights and diversity in education.
