Koh was exposed to music early as he spent most of his early childhood listening to Chinese pop music. His father was a working musician and would often bring him along to his performance venues. Things never came to a head until Kelvin's teen years when he started listening to many musical genes. This exposure is what inspired him to become a all-rounded, versatile guitarist.

When his father gave him a guitar at the age of 14, there was no turning back. He began performing regularly by the age of 18 and made his first television appearance in a music competition (Superband) in 2006. He went on to perform in many events such as the Singapore Idol concert (2006), Mediacorp New Year Countdown concerts (2006, 2007), Mediacorp Chinese New Year Countdown concert (2008) and most recently, the Autumn music festive in PingDong, Taiwan (2019).

Her style of singing and composing, which are Neo-soul and Alternative- Indie, leans towards her influences such as Iyamah and Tash Sultana. However, she is also known for being able to take on a wide variety of musical genres and make it her own. She has participated in a number of shows such as ‘La Diva!’ a Tribute to Aretha Franklin, which was staged multiple times, in LASALLE College of the Arts, and ‘We the Vibez’ - a show put together by students from LASALLE’s Diploma in Music and Diploma in Technical Production Management.
She is currently working as a solo artist while also being part of ‘Bullsheep’- an R&B Funk fusion band and The Gentlemen and Mcquin, an Alternative Indie band. She wishes to continue progressing in her music and eventually become a professional vocalist, composer and producer.
