This semester I found it very difficult to wrap my head around the thought of taking a research class. I felt very nervous and frustrated in the beginning of class. However, the instructor was very hands on and understanding. I still feel skeptical about doing research but I think with more practice I will get the hang of it better.

Finding Research You're Passionate About

I think the best way to write and analyze things in the course is to choose things you are passionate or really interested in. Narrowing down something to the finest detail can really make a difference in a paper or anything related in the course. I always remembered if I was stuck that I could count on my passion about that topic to develop more things on how research could be expanded in that topic. Lastly, give yourself time and pace yourself! Don't do things last minute it'll make worlds of difference.
