         <description><![CDATA[<div>Through the water wells programs, those living Cambodia no longer have to search and drink dirty water, therefore decreasing their risk of developing waterborne diseases, positively impacting their physical health. As the water wells program provides fresh water, it decreases risk of developing illness or diseases, therefore can decrease morbidity rates and potentially increasing life expectancy rates, positively impacting the health dimension of human development. If less people are falling ill due to waterborne diseases, they are more likely to attend work and earn an income, therefore creating economic growth for future generations, positively impacting economic sustainability. Furthermore, if more people are able to attending work as they have clean fresh water, this may decrease stress levels are there is now an continuous income flow, positively impacting mental health. With this continuos income, these families may be able to send their children to school, thus increasing mean years of schooling, positively impacting the education dimension of human development. With is knowledge learnt at school, children may pass on the importance of drinking clean water from the water wells to future generations, positively impacting social sustainability. Overall, the water wells programs decreases the risk of developing diseases or illnesses, therefore allow individuals to develop to their full potential and lead productive, creating lives according to their needs and interests.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
