Some emails etiquette that we all should keep in mind,while writing mail to someone:
1.Use 'hello' instead of 'Hey' or 'Yo'.
2.Avoid nickname unless given permission.
3.Avoid casual words like 'cool' and 'gonna'.
4.Proofread for grammar and spelling.
5.Use exclamation marks sparingly (and single question marks).
Instances where email are more appropriate the texting are:
1. Email is a reliable form of written communication that everyone in the business world uses,it seems more professional.
2.Email is more appropriate than texting in the business world because it allows us to send file attachments of documents.
3.In the business world leaving a written line of correspondence that you use for records or legal purposes,so emails are more safer than text.
4.In texting most of the time misunderstood of communication happens,and in business world misunderstanding communication should not happen.
5.Text serve as a poor record for business purposes,and most phone services delete texts after a certain periods of time.
