ImeiDB attacks this problematic in 2 fronts:

1) for users: my app gives information in real time if a cellphone has been reported as stolen or is legal, with a single button, it checks out 5 official data bases and 1 world wide database that I create. the user can store their imei in their mail, and report a cellphone through the app or on the web.
