         <description><![CDATA[<div>Surprised by amount of people who didn't feel it was meeting our purpose. We were wondering why that was and hoping we could see that in qualitative data.&nbsp;<br><br>What kind of training do we need to offer... Everyone? Re-training? Provide the pre-amble that goes to parents?<br><br>Still a large amount of people who say that they don't know how to use the system properly.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Alerts Improvement - qualitative data</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A lot of questions around the communication,&nbsp; time, and follow-up after an alert has been sent.&nbsp;<br><br><br>A lot of comments about student awareness of alerts and if they should know about them or if there should be consequences.&nbsp;<br><br>Threshold for alerts seems to be causing confusion.&nbsp;<br><br>No follow up shouldn't be followed up by others and if it is changing to a follow-up, teacher should be communicated with.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. Good for record keeping/documentation of students.<br>2. Follow ups do happen and teachers like this outcome.&nbsp;<br>3. Holistic picture of the students<br>4. Historic picture over time to recognise patterns of the students<br>5. Easy to use -&nbsp; and follow up happens.<br>6. Some not sure of what happens. No feedback. Is this a flaw in the system?<br>7. Are there too many alert, e.g. 20 to 25 every few days in HS.<br><br>Thoughts<br>- Run a workshop to create consistency </div>]]></description>
