Critically look at your worksheet: how can you spice the assignment up for the native speakers?

So perhaps ask them to not add a colour but also an adjective (group 3/4 lesson) The fast car is yellow etc.

Explain this extra assignment right after your instruction, whilst the Such Funner already starts working with the rest of the group for example or just say it at the end of the instruction: x, y and z, you also add an adjective to the noun (with example). Smart kids might also pick that up and start doing the same.

The first time we did a pilot with children from 1 group 7/8. In small groups they had to make a video. The video contained an interview or a small documentary in English about a topic. After they finished they uploaded the video and I could see how they did. I gave them feedback. This way the parents could see progress of their child in English.
It was a successful project. This year group 6 will do similar task.

Childeren who speak fluent English are able to join a native speakers class. This was guided by Such Fun students. The 2nd half of the year this has been guided by parents. We asked our parents if there was anyone who would like to help out with the native speakers class. We have 5 parents that are helping out the students from group 5, 6, 7 and 8.

You can not start writing your plan before your school has a vision on how they want to teach English and what the role of global citizenship should be. Tim van Aken designed this spider's web to create a curriculum for Early English (Vroeg vreemde talen onderwijs) and global citizenship in your school. It is something to be initiated with the team as and created by at least a workgroup, not just the English coordinator.
