Techistan was like a documentary and informational short video about showing the people of Pakistan how to use computers, why they should use them, and how it’s revolutionary in this world. Some of the techniques I recognized were the angles of the shots like the close ups of them reading the Quran  or when they were just showing wide shots of the mosques and the communities. One of the most important parts to me is that so many countries struggle as (what people call) a “low income country” and also the fact they struggle economically, that it really hurts to see that they had never seen or known of computers and the internet until someone from their own country brought this technology back. Some of the shots I recognized were chest, close up and wide. I like this shot because it stays with the item they are trying to cover but it doesn’t go out and show anything else that could distract the view from the original purpose. In the landfill short I learned that 70% of the landfills can be recycled and for the short Robots I learned to make the Robots more human like they added cheating into the robots program which is interesting because the test subjects would act like the robot was human because it cheated. You Don’t Know Jack was about a Sophomore named Jack who discovered a way to maybe help fight Pancreatic Cancer. Everyone laughed at him and said he’s just a Teenager and out of 200 requests only one lab said a maybe to having him try it. Anyone can use the tech instruments, and the people who use it the most are people who aren’t musicians, however really do have a passion for music.

I watched the Movie “Talking with light” which focuses on how  lights created by humans (e.g. from big cities) pollute the water. These bright lights harm the life which usually creates light underwater. 

 As soon as the movie starts you see colorful lights and hear relaxing sounds. This trend continuous throughout the movie, via graphs, different interesting shots, bright colors and different ambient music.
