         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Sensory memory has a very large capacity, but not everything we see is stored<br>-Iconic or visual memory<br>-If you don't make meaning of it right away you will forget it (short term memory)<br>-STM: 7+/- 2 items or up to 30 seconds<br>-STM to LTM is elaboration rehearsal info. and connecting it with meaning<br>-Picture: I saw a taxi cab, as well as a traffic life and lots of buildings and people<br>-I remember: hair, soap, oak, hat, dark<br>-k ,z, r, a, q<br>-Cocktail party phenomenon: you can hear your name clearly among other conversations<br>-<br><br></div>]]></description>
