  • After 10 month, if American HAS turned a corner and is 'on the right track', the price goes down to 88/h for the remaining 2 months of the year, if it has NOT we finish the year at 95/h

  • At the end of the 12 months if we are NOT not breaking even or turning a profit, the contract ends and Sid Ward is not allowed to rile up employees

  • At the end of the 12 months, if we ARE turning a profit/ breaking even the contract continues for the next year at 85/h

  • From the 3rd year onwards and for the following 10 years, price goes down to 75/h

  • Weekly meetings between 2 CEOs

  • Employee from CGI sent to American to act as supervisor

  • CGI gives access to American to its client network

  • For next 2 years, CGI gives its business to American and does not put the company in any more bidding wars
