my grandprents prolly miss me when im not there as they sre bad with using technology and when im around i help them and teach them how to use a app or how to change lanugages on phone or laptop.

I felt that my school and activities interfered with my ability to visit my grandparent because I have a lot of homework and school work I have to catch up on.

I experience sadness and guiltiness when I think about my grandparent being lonely/

I could call or exchange a couple of words everyday or frequently with my grandparent despite my busy schedule.

A fun activity to plan with my grandparent would be to bake together so we can exchange fun and memorable experiences

it my job impacts my opportunity to see my own parent due to the fact i have to maintain my own family life and work responsibilities. As a mom, i do not have time to spend time with my own parent’s comforting presence. Life’s responsibilities and distance keep us apart, and it is heartbreaking to know my children are growing up without being close with them. I feel guilty for not being there for them as much as I’d like, but I hope they would understand that my absence is a sacrifice born out of love and duty to provide for my family.

the second plan is arrange a make-up celebration as a whole family. If the plans for the family for different events are not able to be arranged, then I would contact my grandparents to arrange a make-up or a celebration beforehand in between their birth date

I cherish the moment me and my family having dinner together, because as we grow older we often go out with our friend instead of staying home at night, so its difficult to get everyone sitting together and having time together.

I can shift my perspective to see the value in spending time with them by being empathetic

I may feel guilty that I can't give my parents a birthday party with all family members and being ashamed that my children don't that care about their grandparents' 85th birthday party

In this case, I may at least let children make a video call at party and invite the elderly's friends and neighbourhoods to join the party.

As I have my own life tho maintain and my kids to take care of it’s hard for me to focus on all sides at once

To solve this I’ll probably keep my parents live close to me and try to visit them whenever I possibly can
