<title>A question I have is how do I as a teacher knowing that certain systems are in place that effect my students and that are stacked against them still use these systems in my classroom. Should I change how I teach even if the school I&#39;m at wants to use these systems. </title>

Will teaching standard English and discipline specific language at the same time be overwhelming and confusing?</title>

<title>Does the virtual learning environment make it more difficult to serve ALL students equally? Internet quality, equipment quality, having a parent at home to motivate students to keep cameras on and participate... these are all factors that can and do affect a teacher&#39;s ability to reach all students</title>

<title>How can I combat the structures that be without feeling like I am complacent or perpetuating the problem? To be more specific, as I expressed earlier in class….While I am personally doing my part to prepare my students for success, I am doing so in a way that still prepares them for these standardized exams that are inherently biased. To be succinct, it just feels like I am training to be a solution to a problem and then accepting the problem. </title>
