in punjab subtropical climate, including extreme heat in the summers and the foods like mostly its Sarson ka Saag which is a famous Punjab related food, the clothing choice of Punjab people they usually wear salwar kameez and Punjab does have a mountain landscape like Margala hill. and the cultural practices im aware of is Eid and festival music too and instruments such as a dhol..and there is a famous Punjabi dance called Bhangra and Giddha are iconic Punjabi dances, known for their lively and energetic movements. interdependence Punjab is actively seeking to develop close ties with China's business, trade, and policy-making communities to promote itself as an investment destination. sustainability issues in Punjab include air and water pollution, water scarcity, and the impacts of climate change. Smog, especially during winter, is a significant concern, stemming from industrial emissions, agricultural burning crops or other materials etc.

• The region is part of the fertile Punjab province and it has rich soil and farmland.

• It's climate has:

  • Very hot summers

  • Cool winters

  • Monsoon rains from July to September

Cultural practices

• Food: wheat-based dishes like roti, vegetables, and others

• Clothing: traditional clothing like shalwar kameez

• Traditions: weddings with events like mehndi, dholki, and baraat, sharing meals, especially during Eid and also during iftar is a strong tradition.

Urban Cities depend on rural areas for:

• Food – Farmers in rural Punjab grow wheat, rice, fruits, and vegetables.

• Healthcare – Hospitals and medical services are mostly in cities.

• Education – Big universities and colleges are in cities.

Cultural practices:

People here speak many languages, such as English, Urdu, Pashto, and many others. Most people here live in sectors filled with roads and are usually polluted with trash such as plastic bags, soda cans, and a lot of other things. This is due to the simple fact that people here are not educated.

Independence:

One thing Punjab is heavily dependent on is the rural areas. This is due to the fact that we get things like most of our fruits, vegetables, and meat from these rural areas.

Vice versa, Rural areas need cities for things too. Things include Healthcare, education, jobs, and selling their goods.

Sustainability issues:

In Punjab, many cities suffer from deforestation. This is because they are trying to industrialize. This industrialisation can also lead to pollution. Specifically, air pollution.
