Plan: This is the most comprehensive level of planning and refers to general decisions that express the fundamental political guidelines, the priorities derived from these formulations, the allocation of resources in accordance with these priorities, the action strategies, and the proposed set of means and objectives.

Program: A document that allows you to organize and detail a process. It provides guidance, the way in which your teaching activity should be carried out, and the objectives to be achieved.

Project: A set of logically, technologically, and chronologically related elements, executed within a given period of time, and whose objective, during their operation, is to solve a problem, satisfy a need, or take advantage of an opportunity. It should be noted that all projects have costs and benefits throughout their life cycle that can be identified, quantified, and valued.

Goal: This is the desired goal to be achieved through plans, projects, and activities. It must be measurable and verifiable. Every goal has three basic elements in its expression: what you want to achieve, how much you want to improve, and when you expect to achieve it.1.      Meta: Es el punto a donde se desea llegar a través de planes, proyectos y actividades.
