This lead to people accusing them of being witches. In the end Abigail got away with it and once people realized she had lied. It was too late for everyone.

In this book, people took Abigail lies and believed that Tituba was the one who was working with the devil. Everyone took Abigail's side over Tituba because of the fact she was black. The only reason Tituba confessed was because they threaten to hang her if she didn't. Another reason is in the crucible claim Martha Corey is a witch due to always acting strangely and reading books everyone accused of being about witchcraft. So what about revenge could that be a reason?

Revenge is a big portion of the book considering that was Abigail entire motive. John Proctor is a farmer in his middle ages who has an affair with Abigail but refused Abigail after his wife figured out about and now wants to make things right. Abigail is angry that Procter picks his wife over her and tried to cast a curse on her but failed due to someone seeing them. Instead she frames Elizabeth Proctor, John Proctors wife, of being a witch due to her anger. Another act of Revenge this time was towards John Proctor where she guilt her friend, Mary to say john proctor works with the devil.

The movie "Twelve Angry Men." is about a jury of 12 men who have to choose the fate of a 18 year old Puerto Rican boy who has been accused of Murder. Juryman Number 10 keeps referring to the young boys race as 'these people/Them' and claiming all immigrants or anyone in Hispanic culture is no good. What does this statement prove? That a persons identity does play a role in every day life. A big portion of that being in Courts. A person will always, no matter how much you think you wouldn't do this, judge right away. Off of appearance. This is normal."Make a good first impression." is exactly what it seems.

Unfortunately we are all human and this is our biggest excuse. Sure with rules and punishment but you can never be 100%
like most things. But can you prevent acting out on anger? Yes and No. You dont have to act harshly and there are many ways to calm yourself. As for judging, You will always judge but you don't have to judge negatively. Look for something beautiful just as you wish to be seen greatly.
