1. - Lionsgate is a reputable distribution company and will be a great asset to our film in that it will raise awareness from mass marketing and advertising methods such as television adverts and advertising on social media. Also it will be crucial to get a distribution company that will be able to get the film in cinemas worldwide to create revenue
2. Lionsgate has experience of distributing films similar in genre to our groups film such as the recent remake of the Blair Witch Project, "Blair Witch."

In 2015 the company made a net income of $181.8 M. This means they have more money than smaller independent distributors to pump back into the distribution of our film  allowing more people to see it and creating more revenue for the cast and crew involved.
