Before placing a service order, please review the vendor’s website for class and schedule information. Be sure to confirm the class/course price and dates as you will need this information to submit your order. You may also need to contact the service vendor to sign up for the service (class/lesson/tutoring, etc). When ready, please submit the order to your EF using the Service Order Request Form.

Any issues, concerns, or questions regarding your orders should be addressed through your educational facilitator.

 Please upload at least one work sample per week for each subject your children have been working on in the appropriate LP (Learning Period)  folder.



** i.e. LP1 covers the first 4 weeks of school days and samples for LP1 should be uploaded into the LP1 folder. LP2 folder should have samples for the 2nd learning period.  



Samples should reflect the plans on the ILP, otherwise we'll need to update the ILP to reflect the activities your students have done.  The link to the student work sample folders is on each student's  ILP here:
