         <description><![CDATA[<div>Witness testimonies – A statement from a person who is familiar with the learner and can provide a statement against the standards.<br><br></div><div>Case studies – A set situation or study given to the learner to research and provide feedback.<br><br>Simulation – Acting out an event, not used as competence evidence.<br><br>Assignments – Different tasks carried out by learners to demonstrate their skills, knowledge, understanding and/or attitudes.<br><br></div><div>Observation – Viewing a learner complete a physical task to demonstrate understanding and knowledge, confidence and competence.<br><br></div><div>Reflective account – Written or DVR looking at what the learner has done, learnt, any changes they would make referenced to the standards.<br><br></div><div>Product evidence – Creating a product of work, i.e. a poster that can be used as evidence against standards.<br><br></div><div>Q&amp;A – DVR or written questions set by the assessor and answered by the learner to complete to show understanding and clarity of a task or procedure.<br><br></div><div>Professional discussion – Give the learner a topic to discuss, collecting evidence based around the standards.<br><br></div><div>Projects – A longer term activity enabling learners to provide evidence which meets the criteria.<br><br></div>]]></description>
