         <description><![CDATA[<p>John Vincent Atanasoff receives funding for a computer at Iowa State College. The ABC was trying to be patented by multiple people. The legal decision was that Atansoff owned multiple computer designs, but the ABC was un-patentable.</p>]]></description>
