And peoples are just afraid to talk to anyone. Which is sometimes reasonable because of Covid. That leaves them with very little time to do their own things. From personal experience, after being given continuous work for multiple days in the row (not just in one class but every class), it gets extremely tiring. This leads to burnout and let me say, burnout is something that no one should experience. There is the case that the student is doing work and then they get stuck on a problem. The teacher walks by and asks if they need help, the student says "No I'm okay." Something similar to when the teacher asks if there is any questions about the lesson being taught and a struggling student may not raise their hand. If a student isn't doing work, then a possible reason is that they enjoy doing something else that appeals to them more. They prioritize their interests over their work since they are so passionate about it and, well, it is much more interesting for them. We pretty much had a summer break that was 2 times longer, making everyone extremely relaxed. And even when school started people continued the lazy attitude, playing games in class or sleeping. Since they didn't have to leave the comfort of their home they didn't have a proper learning environment. Lets be honest , I know everyone was cheating on all of their assignments of tests. Something I find weird is that my grades so far are going better this year rather than online. My grades could be way better and I don't know what is happening with me. I find myself zoning out and physically I am in school but mentally I'm in a whole other universe. Recently I have been taking naps everyday after school because of how tired I am. Staying up late doing home work is both mentally and physically draining. I know I could fix this by doing home work after school but who really wants to work right after school. After school you really just don't want to think about school. Also maybe for people it is hard being social and socializing may be scary. Personally I love seeing my friends and people in person. But yea this school year is ok :/
