In my opinion, people of all age groups suffer from this problem, however above 40 years age group suffers the most from this problem because of lethargy existing in their lives. First of all, lack of exercise brings problem of high blood pressure and slows down metabolic activities because of which a person suffers from coronary artery problem and other heart diseases. People having no other risk factors also suffer from heart diseases because of lack of exercise. Secondly, as lack of exercise slows down metabolic reactions, it also causes gain in weight. Above average weight causes other issues like hypertension etc. in an individual. In this way this negative impact of lack of exercise brings other negative impact. Thirdly, lack of physical activities fills a person’s mind with negativity which makes him feel depressed. Depression, anxiety and other health issues are major effects of lack of exercise. All in all, this problem impacts society as a whole because diseases reduces the tendency of human beings to work better. Also, anxiety in people’s behaviour causes behavioural issues.
Fatma shammouh

Possible solutions for this problem:

In my opinion, there are some possible effective solutions to the problem of lack of exercise. Firstly, one possible solution is to enhance the balance between people's personal lives and their professional lives. Most people's lives revolve around their jobs, and the time they have off is used to rest up for the next day. So, implementing a four-day workweek or shortening the standard nine-to-five workday is an effective solution to this issue. Another effective solution is that individuals must also accept responsibility for their actions. To put it another way, people must acknowledge the importance of regular physical activity and commit to doing so for at least a few minutes each day. Finally, rather than paying for a gym membership, consider more economical alternatives such as setting up a small home gym or taking a light 30-minute stroll around your neighborhood. Additionally, numerous free or low-cost exercise videos are available online and on platforms such as YouTube and others. In brief, balancing between your job responsibilities and your personal life, being aware of the necessity of physical activities, having a small home gym, and watching exercise videos are the most practical solutions for the problem of lack of exercise.
Rawan Abdullah

After doing a small research about people's lifestyle in Kuwait, we found out that the best solution is raising awareness about health, which means people should know the importance of doing sports activities. This is the best solution because here in Kuwait, individuals have nothing to do except going to the coffee shops and having a friendly dinner day out due to the country's weather. Whoever lives in Kuwait literally forgot the fact that sport is really important for their health, so raising awareness and reminding people about it would really help. The first stage, we can give people brochures and inform them about the benefits of sports. For instance, some people don’t know why exercising is important, so giving them brochures will be helpful for them. the second one, we can do some tournaments to encourage people to play sports. For example, the padel game here in Kuwait is so popular, so organizing tournaments for this game would keep them active and make them have fun at the same time. The third effective stage to get people involved in doing sports is to increase the number of sports clubs and open new gymnasiums supported with the latest training technology. It is also greatly important that clubs and gyms offer attractive training sessions, discounts, and privileges when people register to join them. To conclude, raising awareness and reminding people about lack of exercise’s bad effect will make them take it seriously and try to exercise more by following our stages.
