  • Using real life examples to help problem solve and trouble shoot. Capture moment in time. Use an external coach if too difficult to resolve internally.

  • Observation of current practices by someone external to the programme. In VUCA environments.

  • 360 feedback with what you do well and not so well. With work on's.

  • 1:1 peer review of observed practice to aid clinical reasoning and development.

  • Workshops on how to do the above safely. Homework to facilitate.

  • Recording practice with consent to aid reflection.

  • Develop self awareness and emotional intelligence.

  • Psychologically safe environment.

  • Encourage engagement / accountability across all Team Bath Sports that come under PST involvement.
