- es hat kann sehr frustrierend sein, dass man bei den "eigenen" Leuten teilweise sehr viel Energie aufbringen muss
- Servicestelle steht für Kirchen- und Engagemententwicklung
- altes und neues Ehrenamt sollte nebeneinander bestehen, bestenfalls miteinander im Austausch sein

Klausur und Beratung ist wichtig für die EA-Entwicklung. à Unsere Stelle war noch nie klar und es muss immer wieder über das Rollenprofil gesprochen werden.

Ist meine Rolle wirklich die Kirchenentwicklung, oder eher die Stabilisierung?

Strukturbruch hilft dabei die Kirchenentwicklung vorantreiben. Und dazu gehört auch die Ehrenamtsentwicklung.
