What were the driving factors of the financial “greed is good” culture of the 1980s? And how did the majority of the decade serve as a party while the end served as a hangover? What did the actions of some significant financial players reflect about what people are willing to do to “succeed”? The majority of the decade was based off if you were rich, you were famous, and everyone showed and lived their hardest to be rich, famous, and all the above.

George Bush lost because he split the votes with an independent Pat Buchanan. Another factor why he lost was that he was a good guy at heart, but wasn't able to express it to the people. He couldn't give short, simple answers that appealed to them, and overall, he got very unlucky in his run, but he had good intentions. His legacy should be viewed as a good foreign policy leader

After seeing a movie that predicted what the world would look like after nuclear war, he quickly changed his view and began to try to become peaceful with the USSR. Due to his own efforts and external factors, he eventually achieved his second goal.
