The work does not have the stationery or supports of environmental origin, only project plans are shown with all the sectors of the plant. An ecological point has not yet been determined. The main economic activity in the surrounding land is agriculture in which different types of fungicides and herbicides are applied that can affect the project directly. The workers and collaborators of the work do not have any type of security element for the development of their work. There is no evidence of the presence of security elements such as stretchers, first aid kit and fire extinguisher inside the work. It has a land collection yard which is not marked or demarcated. It does not have a restriction or isolation zone for the entry of people outside the work. A reservoir of water was found during the drilling and excavation. It still does not have an organization chart where the good functioning of the work is evidenced. The work had barely had 8 days of operations since the day of the audit, in which they had excavated approximately 4 meters deep where they found a water deposit that has been hampering the development of the project. These zones do not count without a demarcation or restrictions or any safety method for workers and visitors.In spite of the short time of activities you should already have all the requirements that are given by the regulations to be able to start with their construction activities.
