Un angiologue lambda ne sera pas forcément en mesure de vous diagnostiquer.

Cette méthode ne soigne pas la maladie mais permet de limiter son évolution. 
Elle consiste en différents points : 
- port de collants à maille rectiligne.
Il en existe des sur mesure (prescrit pr votre médecin / votre angiologue) ou des standards que l’on peut acheter sur internet sans ordonnance. Le prix n’est pas le même, et les bénéfices non plus. 
- l’alimentation anti-inflammatoire.
- le sport, de préférence les sports aquatiques.
- le brossage à sec 
- les DLM (drainage lymphatique manuel)

Le chirurgien parfait pour la voisine n’est pas forcément celui qui vous correspondra. 
Il est important de lister vos critères principaux : lieu, coût, nombre d’années d’expérience, litres retirés, esthétismes, langue parlée, suivi post op…
