I did not realize how extensive these standards are for young children. While reading the standards I felt like you needed to be in high school to understand them. On the other hand, if you have children who have been surrounded by technology their entire life these standards would be appropriate. 

In the standard about using technology to solve age appropriate problems I am in full support of. Especially when the child is capable of under standing so much more.

I believe it is innovative to take the selfie technology from both of these devices and use it as mirrors for our two year olds to begin making observations about themselves since this is where they are at developmentally. Because this technology can act like a mirror, it allows us to get anecdotes in a unique way and it helps the children relate more to the teachers and makes them curious about more than just their own features.
