I think about access and communication within food availability. Many times, the communications surrounding resources can be such a significant steppingstone for providing a "successful" neighborhood plan. Many time we collect data from our neighbors about food availability, especially concerning neighborhood programs, and just knowing resource are available is a significant finding.
