I was a bit surprised because the Japanese people immediately greeted one another with "Onegaishimasu" as soon as the match started. They were so polite, and it shows that they wanted to play just for fun, even though the game we were on was competitive. On the other hand, when I play on our local servers, I usually get either toxic or quiet players. I might be playing on the Tokyo server again, and I don't mind getting a low ping if I'd get to play with those kinds of people again.

However, in these past few years (until now), she has been staying here in the Philippines. I noticed whenever she was talking to her mother, they tend to really express their emotions (e.g., speaking louder when they are angry) even in public. As for we Filipinos, we somehow always try to prevent acquiring public attention whenever we are arguing with somebody. Compared to us, Italians frequently express their feelings honestly and speak emphatically to make their points. They frequently assume their conversation partner will be as honest, making it difficult for them to detect understatements.

In summer, we came to my family's hometown on a small island called Bisucay. The people there are amicable and welcoming. They always ensure everyone is having a good time and gets along well. It is a peaceful place where everyone knows their neighbors and cares about each other. Their main religion is Roman Catholicism, but there are also many Muslims living there as well. I was studying at Seminario de San Jose at that time, and during that time, I learned to be more respectful towards others based on their culture, beliefs, and values.
