         <title>Convention of the Rights of the Child (CRC) .&amp;nbsp;</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Convenient rights of the child are the UN stated rights that cover the civil, political, economical, social, cultural, and health rights of children. Children under this act are considered any person under 18 years of age. Rights include protection from abuse, exploitation, and harmful substances. Children receive the right of provisions of education, healthcare and adequate standards of living. Children have the right to participate and be heard by elders. Intensive protection and lengths gone to for vulnerable children (ie, aboriginal children and children with disabilities). Part of the CRC states that all countries within the UN shall ensure that all children fall under the laws and regulations set by the CRC. Singed 1989, effective and in place in 1990, with 196 states of the UN accepting it, most widely accepted draft of laws in the UN. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>On the date Thursday, 13 September 2007, Indigenous peoples were adopted by the General Assembly. From a majority of 144 states in favour, 4 votes against. This gave them the right to revitalize, use, develop and transmit to future generations their histories. It took many years for this to become a right, since the WGIP began to draft a declaration of Indigenous Rights in 1985. </div>]]></description>
