Children receive the right of provisions of education, healthcare and adequate standards of living. Children have the right to participate and be heard by elders. Intensive protection and lengths gone to for vulnerable children (ie, aboriginal children and children with disabilities). Part of the CRC states that all countries within the UN shall ensure that all children fall under the laws and regulations set by the CRC.
