         <description><![CDATA[<div>Yes they shoud, as my experience show many litte things are improving when doing a social media detox. At first it takes you a lot of willpower to just start. I knew already before I did the detox that I should do it probably more often. Before I did the detox I was doing stuff while I was online and that lead me to be just not focused and way less productiv. But after starting many things changed in a positiv way. Even though I felt pretty lonley at the begining. I just wanted to text my friends to share them my emotions. But a lot of little things changed.&nbsp; I did my homework on time, went to the gym, was focused on learning for my exams, felt better physically, spent more time cooking and even slept better. So yes many things improve and you should definitly try it.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Our impression is that it is a good idea to do a a social media detox to decrease the amount of hours spending on your phone because you are more productive and less stressed. Moreover you have more time for self care like sports and getting enough sleep.&nbsp;<br>But you shouldn't do it for too long because you may lose contacts.</div>]]></description>
