         <description><![CDATA[<div>Sleep:<br>Sleep plays an important role in a person's physical health. Sleep is important because your body needs that rest from all the activities you do during the day. Sleep is also the time when your body repairs its self and grows. Sleep deficiency can have a negative impact on you body leading to obesity, heart problems, low immune system, and other health problems.<br><br>Eat:<br>Eating right affects your body in a good way, when you eat heathy you give you body the proper nutrition it needs to function. When you eat in a healthy manner you reduce the risk of health problems like heart disease and diabetes. Overall Eating right is good for you.&nbsp;<br><br>Exercise:<br>Exercise improves your muscular strength, endurance, delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues, and allows your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. Exercise makes you feel more energized and helps maintain a healthy body weight.<br><br>Stress free:<br>Stress over time may contribute to heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and other serious health problems. Being stress free avoids these problems.<br><br>Avoid Drugs:<br>Drug use can result in long term harm to organs and cancer. So avoiding drugs also avoids these heath problems, it can also help you lose weight and sleep more.<br><br>Weight control:<br>Weight control helps reduce risk for High blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart attack, stroke, and several forms of cancer. Reduce arthritis pain and associated disability.<br><br>Sun and nature:<br>Sunlight and nature helps your body produce vitamin D, support bone growth, better quality sleep, and promotes good health.</div>]]></description>

A good night sleep will improve your cognitive performance and memory allowing you to do well in school or work. If you don't get enough sleep at night you may forget important details more often or have a hard time concentrating on important things.<br><br>Eat:<br>When you give your body the proper nutrition it helps you brain think clearly, feel alert, and improve concentration. When you don't eat in a healthy manner it can make you to feel tired, slow down reaction time, and make making decision harder.&nbsp;<br><br>Exercise:<br>Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety and depression. It also helps you focus more and your cognitive function. lack of exercise will have to opposite effect so it is important to have a good exercise routine.&nbsp;<br><br>Stress free:<br>When stress becomes too much and goes on for a long time you have a higher risk to develop mental health problems and increase anxiety and depression. Being stress free helps you become mentally healthy.<br><br>Avoid drugs:&nbsp;<br>Drugs have a negative impact on you mental health as it effects the way you think, your mood, and your memory. Many people have difficulty making decisions or keeping their life together when on drugs so avoiding them is a good way to be proactive with your mental health.<br><br>Weight control:<br>Losing excess weight may improve concentration and cognitive abilities including memory, it can also improve better quality of life.<br><br>Sun and nature:<br>Sun and nature can help fight depression and anxiety.</div>]]></description>

So getting a good night's sleep will improve your emotional health and avoid these problems.<br><br>Eat:<br>Having a health diet helps you have fewer mood fluctuation and overall be happy in life. Eating healthy also helps people with symptoms of depression and anxiety. Poor health on the other hand may worsen you mood disorders. So having a healthy dies will greatly contribute to your emotional health.<br><br>Exercise:&nbsp;<br>Exercise alleviates symptoms of low self esteem and reduces negative mood. Lack of exercise may contribute to sadness and depression.<br><br>Stress free:<br>Stress may cause you to be angry more often and irritable. So managing stress will allow you to to feel happier and less angry.<br><br>Avoid drugs:<br>Abusing drugs can lead to depression, anxiety, and sudden mood changes. Avoiding drugs allows you to live a happier life and be emotionally healthy.<br><br>Weight control:<br>Weight control can improve you self esteem and crate a more stable mood.<br><br>Sun and nature:<br>Sun and nature help improve your mood and help reduce the production of stress hormone.<br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Eating a poor diet might make you not want to socialize and affect your mood.<br><br>Exercise:<br>Exercise can help you avoid social withdrawal and help you maintain better relationships with family and friends.<br><br>Stress Free:<br>With lots of stress you may end up having difficulty in relationships with spouses, children, friends, and co-workers, and end up becoming more isolated, frustrated and stressed than when they started.
