He started to go back into a dark hole and drank beer the whole night. Of course Everett is an android, so another model of him gets sent to the Police Department, which affected Clark. 
After the incident of Everett and Gordon, he hated lieutenant for protecting an android. He decided to take matters into his own hands. This angered the humans and many of them would treat their personal androids as trash. Clark never really liked the androids either, but Everett was a little different.
