• Fifth bowl - the kingdom of the beast was plunged into darkness

• Sixth bowl - the river dried up

• Seventh bowl - severe earthquake that split the cities, causing the nations to collapse + hail stones

trumpet 1: 1/3 of trees grass earth

trumpet 2: mountain was thrown in the sea, sea turned into blood, 1/3 of sea creatures died

trumpet 3: star called bitterness made 1/3 water bitter, many people died from the water

trumpet 4:1/3 sun, star, moon, 1/3 of light darkened, 1/3 of the day kept from shining

trumpet 5: opened a pit, out came locus, allowed to torment the people not of God for 5 months

trumpet 6: released the 4 angels bound at the great river, released to kill 1/3 of mankind no of mounted of troupes was x2 10000^2

trumpet 7: declaration that God reigns forever, worship by 24 elders, judgement day comes, temple in heaven has opened

Seal 1: rider in white horse holding a bow given a crown. Rode out in conquest

Seal 2: rider with fiery red horse, given big sword, Xame to take peace from earth make ppl fight each other

Seal 3: rider on black horse, holding scales. Extorting ppls wages.

Seal 4: death on pale horse, Hades follows behind. Kills ppl in various methods. Given power over 1/4 of the earth.

Seal 5: Souls of ppl who Have been sliab cos of God's word and their testimony

“they called to the mountains and the rocks, “fall on us and hide us from the face of him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the lamb!”

• god permits the judgement

-7 angels standing before God and given trumpets (8:2)

-only God is powerful enough to let these things happen

-6:16 states that it all came from the wrath of God

God is just and Holy

He does what is necessary to punish evil

-God gave the people many chances to repent

Hence, sin needs to be eliminated

God gives them opportunities, through these warnings,to repent from their sinful ways and redeem them

For those faithful, they will enjoy the fruit of new Heaven and new earth.
