         <description><![CDATA[<p>Abraham Maslow accepted learners have a variety of needs which would need to be satisfied at differing times. These needs can be seen in the hierarchy below. The basic needs take precedence at the base of the pyramid whilst the higher needs were at the top. He believed that these needs cant be reached without fulfilling the learners basic needs first.</p>]]></description>
