         <title>Thank you so much for your participation and emailing me your Action Plan. This is just from my point of view.                            Alan&#39;s one is well balanced which means he&#39;s getting all the types of protein, fibres, vitamins and carbohydrates a body needs. If he maintains the quantity, he has actually achieved his learning outcome. It&#39;d be better if he can substitute the white rice with good carbs grain rice like Basmati or Brown rice. Good job, Alan !!                      Tommy&#39;s one is almost perfect, wonder why he&#39;s in this class, heehee. Thumbs up!  But nobody can beat Furong, only eat an apple a day, to keep the doctor away. Just a little humour here. She&#39;s very good with vegetables and fruits, protein from eggs, grain wheat for carbs and only potato for dinner.  And it works for her.                                   Now, we can see that it also depends on gender, sizes, sometimes even ethnic groups, or even certain food that one may be allergic to. No one size fits all programme when it comes to personalizing your own action plan.                                  Tommy said it best in question (1) - Awareness, that will help you maintain discipline because we can see all the problems in question (3) and (4), unless you intend to consult a nutritionist as Furong said.          <title>I am really happy to see that your action plan can work for you, and even think of ways to overcome your obstacles. That&#39;s what we are here for, to achieve this learning outcome. Hi Furong, though yours is quite unique, you are still on the track of correct eating and eating healthy food, and it&#39;s totally fine as your body is used to it because of your gender, age, size and culture. That means you can just follow your action plan which is good for you to stay healthy. Tommy&#39;s and Alan&#39;s summaries are already written on Day 3 summary, good job.
